SUMMARY
Renewal by Andersen is adding a Retail Service Representative II to our Orange County team in Laguna Hills! This role’s main responsibilities are to schedule installations and to maintain an open line of communication with homeowners regarding any installation-related issues or changes. We are looking for an accomplished, driven candidate to help perfect our customers’ experience in upgrading their homes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Serve as primary contact for scheduling customer installations utilizing proprietary software
· Develop trust with homeowners and assist with problem-solving
· Communicate diligently and timely with homeowners regarding any issues with product delivery or delays in installation date; reschedule as needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
· Superior communication and relationship-building skills
· Ability to remain cool under pressure, good problem-solving abilities
· Strong attention to detail and ability to organize/prioritize multiple tasks
· Customer service experience
· Experience with MS Office
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
· Construction industry experience
· Scheduling experience

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit-sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
