ANDERSEN CORPORATION SUMMARY: 

 Renewal by Andersen is looking to add a Retail Service Representative (RSR) to our team in Torrance, CA. The Retail Service Representative will focus on providing customer service for delivery partners and customers. This customer service is delivered mainly over the phone and through email. 

  RESPONSIBILITIES: 

•   Performs data entry and administrative tasks related to sales and service at Renewal by Andersen. 
• Handle customer de-escalations with professionalism and empathy
•  Searches records and files for specific data 
•  Works under regular supervision, following instructions and procedures that are well defined, but may require the exercise of some judgment in application 
•  Maintains a general knowledge of RbA products/services, customers and delivery partners, technical and business tools, and department functions/KPIs 

  QUALIFICATIONS: 

•  High School diploma or equivalent 
•   Minimum of 2-years customer service experience 
•  Proven experience in customer de-escalation 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Solid knowledge of word processing software
•   Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships 
•   Demonstrates ability to work and contribute in a team environment 
•   Flexibility & positive outlook 
• Detail oriented with strong phone etiquette

 Compensation is a range $20-$29 per hour

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays to use at your discretion, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements)
