Renewal by Andersen has an exciting opportunity for a Retail Service Representative to join our Los Angeles team in Torrance, CA. This role will provide administrative support to our Sales Team. 


  • Performs data entry and administrative tasks related to sales at Renewal by Andersen retail locations.
  • Maintains a general knowledge of RbA products/services, customers and delivery partners, technical and business tools, and department functions/KPIs.
  • Conduct daily audits on contracts after each sale, after each tech measure including contract addendums/ change orders and final upon installation, to keep jobs moving forward as needed.  
  • Review and verify contract deposits and process 40% payments with credit card or Greensky as needed.
  • Verify and update financing info for all customers to ensure seamless funding at time of installation.
  • Process customer changes to the Egreement, including cancellations, business adjustments and refunds.
  • Manage, monitor, and maintain jobs that are on the draft list by working with reps and assisting Sales Managers move jobs off draft in a timely manner. Send Weekly Draft list to Managers.
  • Manage and maintain jobs that are on the “Hold” list by working with reps and assisting Sales Managers move jobs off hold to minimize the overall job cycle time.
  • Process and upload contracts on Saturdays at the end of the period (as needed)
  • Complete HOA packages.
  • Assist Sales Managers with onboarding new hires, to include verifying I-9s.
  • Assist Sales Managers with various tasks as needed.
  • Schedule tech appointments.
  • Process change orders as back up.  
  • Request funding and post payments as needed.


  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-year customer service experience.
  • Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills.
  • Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships.
  • Demonstrates ability to work and contribute in a team environment.
  • Good phone etiquette and verbal/writing skills.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Flexibility & positive outlook.
  • Listening skills.
  • Detail orientation.


  • Hourly Range: $20.67 - $29.98

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.  Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
