SUMMARY:
A great opportunity is available for an assertive, personable, and persuasive person to join the Inside Sales Center Team at Renewal by Andersen, the most recognized name in windows. The challenging (yet fun) job will be a hybrid position based out of our Oak Park Heights location. You will be interacting with prospective customers and setting appointments up for our sales consultants to meet with prospective customers in their home. Make great money while working full time. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As an Inside Sales Center (ISC) Specialist, you will play a key role in helping homeowners get a solution to their problem windows.
- Your listening skills, conversational style, emotional intelligence, self-confidence, and sales experience equip you with the core competencies to succeed in your new job.
- The type of customers you will contact are people who’ve reached out to Renewal by Andersen to express interest in an in-home consultation over 30 days ago but have not yet scheduled that consultation. You will follow a strict, proven sales methodology to understand their problem window situation, and suggest they allow us into their home for an opportunity to earn their business.
- Even if some homeowners decide not to schedule a consultation, your role will be to leave them with an exceptionally positive phone experience. Who knows? They might tell a friend or family member who has problem windows about the good people at Renewal by Andersen and to at least consider us for the project.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of two years inside sales/call center experience .
- Demonstrated ability to overcome objections, negotiate positive outcomes and present positive image of the company.
- Ability to work with all levels and types of people and to appreciate diversity.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work non-traditional hours (evenings and weekends).
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two of more years of sales experience.
SALARY INFORMATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $19.20-$28.80 plus incentives.
