This analyst will be working collaboratively with multiple cross functional teams to ensure the delivery of products that meet the quality promise we make to our customers.  This role will have a significant impact on the profitability of Renewal by Andersen and the experience our customers have through RbA products!

 

Andersen Corporation is a privately held, nationally recognized, and market leading manufacturer of premium quality windows and doors. Renewal by Andersen is the wholly owned Window and Door replacement division of the Andersen Corporation. 

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for supporting and improving the quality team’s data collection processes and reporting functions, as well as aiding in the design and maintenance of business intelligence tools and quality systems.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with the quality engineering team and other cross-functional groups to support and maintain current and future business intelligence applications used by the various data streams (i.e., Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SAP/Business Objects).
  • Partner with IT on data and analytics projects such as new ERP systems (BAAN LN, CPQ).
  • Maintain and develop quality document control and software systems used within the Enterprise (i.e., Aras, Portal, Go Canvas, Prolink).
  • Aid in development of key metrics and KPIs to drive manufacturing related processes and initiatives in alignment to key business strategies.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4-year degree in data science, engineering, math, business, or technology.
  • 1-3 years of experience as an analyst or similar position.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and attention to detail.  Able to tailor message to all levels of the organization with experience training others on systems and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Seeks to understand customer needs in detail and how to satisfy them.
  • Knowledge and experience with ERP systems, data mining, and data reporting.
  • Functional knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality systems, and information technologies.

·        Strong competency with Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).

  • Experience with Microsoft Power platform (Power BI, Apps, Automate) preferred. 
  • Experience in using SQL, or query languages preferred.

Profit Sharing

During 2023, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed. An eligible employee hired during a quarter will receive a prorated payment based on the number of days employed during the quarter. Those eligible include regular full-time and part-time employees (at least 20 hours per week) who are not subject to a collective bargaining agreement. These and other terms and conditions of Andersen’s 2023 Profit Sharing Plan, are subject to change or termination without notice.
