POSITION SUMMARY:

At Andersen our strategic growth is enabled by our ability to consistently find, attract, and retain the highest caliber of talent available.  We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition professional to join our team as a Principal TA Partner to support Enterprise Corporate Functions business units.  As the Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, you will interact with department heads and their leadership teams to understand their business function, team culture, and talent needs and provide talent sourcing, market insights, and partnerships with internal and external parties to optimize search strategies to bring top talent to Andersen. You will leverage your deep expertise in TA practices and business acumen to influence and shape the stakeholder group’s talent attraction culture and strategy.

 

POSITION PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Build strategic relationships with HR Business partners and business functions leaders to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide a white-glove candidate experience throughout recruitment process and continue to provide support through pre-boarding and on boarding.
  • Drive all aspects of the search process, including search strategy, candidate development and management, interview and selection process, status update meetings, pre-close, offer negotiation, and maintain proactive communication with HR partners and business leaders.
  • Provide process consultation to both leaders and candidates; make recommendations, influence improvements, leverage resources, and share best practices to facilitate a best-in-class recruitment approach.
  • Conduct research and leverage talent market knowledge/data/insights to provide innovative recruiting strategies in support of hiring needs.
  • As needed, help manage external search firm engagements and partnerships, ensuring an effective process and positive candidate/client experience
  • Report search progress on all open roles on a weekly basis to Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Business Leadership stakeholders

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 8 years of combined experience in corporate and/or agency recruitment with a focus on the recruitment of leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience articulating and selling complex compensation packages.
  • Experience recruiting in or for a decentralized matrixed environment.
  • Ability to develop and execute creative candidate sourcing strategies including use of technology, research, and market mapping
  • Proven capabilities in influencing, communication, organization, negotiation, and presentation

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with or for a retained search firm
  • Bias for action with strong sense of urgency and work ethic
  • Advanced candidate evaluation experience

 

COMPENSATION: 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. 

Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $99,216-$153,784.
