PURPOSE

This role is responsible for driving deeper financial analysis and business insight across the enterprise. This position commands a prophetic aptitude enabling project areas of a strategic na-ture, anticipating operational issues that may affect enterprise performance. This position re-quires extensive business knowledge, proven financial and analytical skills, and makes recom-mendations of considerable impact or consequences involving highly specialized technical areas requiring application and interpretation of data, facts, procedures, policy, and law. Furthermore, strong communication and influencing skills will be necessary due to the frequent interaction with leaders from other areas of the business and executive level management.

  • Period reporting packages
  • Weekly dashboards
  • Ad Hoc Investigation and Analysis
  • Investment Projects/ Business Cases
  • New product & line extensions
Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Target setting
  • Process management
  • Compilation of inputs
  • Evaluation of results and review with business partners
Direction of Others:
  • Provide coaching and work direction to less experienced analysts
  • Lead and coordinate business unit reporting/planning with finance & cross- functional team members 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or other related area; CPA or CMA preferred, 10+ years related experience.
  •  Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Advanced understanding of finance & business concepts, and ability to clearly communicate those concepts to business partners and management.
  • Strong communication skills, and ability to develop and deliver full presentations.
  • Demonstrated capacity to influence and communicate with business partners at all levels in the organization. Ability to demonstrate professional skepticism.
  • Ability to analyze advanced processes and support workgroups to help resolve problem areas
  • Perform advanced financial modeling with logical and technically sound problem-solving skills

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
