THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting employment opportunity at Andersen within Marketing to join our Marketing Rotation Program. This opportunity is a full-time position for approximately 2 years where your experiences will vary depending on the needs of the department and your individual interests. You will be assigned to a variety of business teams and functional groups within the Marketing organization.

Examples of Responsibilities

Marketing

  • Organizing planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Social media content creation and management
  • Assisting with the development of marketing strategy
  • Data and consumer analytics
  • Search and email performance campaign execution
  • Customer roadmap experience and execution
  • Digital marketing analysis

  • Product Management
  • Assisting in developing product road maps
  • Analyzing data on product sales mix, customer and regionality
  • Assisting with bringing to market new product line extensions
  • Assisting in the development of customer facing technical and user information guides
  • Developing product knowledge training presentations

You will be expected to contribute in each assignment while gaining experience and developing your business and technical skills with the goal of completing the program and transitioning to a longer term position within our team.

About You

The ideal candidate is ambitious, has a hunger for ongoing learning, strong attention to detail, is comfortable working both independently and in teams, and is customer service oriented. Excellent communication with the capacity to lead, motivate and influence. A passion for excellence and innovation are both a must.

Prior Experience of 1-3 years or previous internship in a Marketing or Product Management role is highly desired.

Education – Bachelors degree required, with a deep understanding of Marketing. Must have a minimum proficiency of Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skill set.
