POSITION SUMMARY:
The position of Manager – Renewal Marketing Manager reports to the Marketing Director, Renewal by Andersen (RbA). Effective lead generation is the key and start to the Renewal business model. This position will be the functional expert and responsible for lead generation, leading a team that develops and implements marketing plans to cost-effectively deliver the quantity and quality appointments needed for company-owned retail locations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Budget creation, direction, and management.
- Cross-functional communication and alignment
- Management of traditional marketing mix for a market or group of markets working closely with Non-Traditional Marketing Manager to deliver marketing goals.
- Participate on the RbA Marketing Council
- Point of contact for the General Manager on the execution of CORO annual marketing plan.
DIRECTION OF OTHERS:
· Lead Retail Marketing Manager, Associate Marketing Managers, Marketing Coordinators, and outside partner.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Direct marketing professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a corporate environment
- Previous experience in marketing generalist and a direct marketing specialist (direct consumer preferred).
- Must be familiar with the latest offline and online marketing tools, trends and techniques and be able to apply them to Renewal by Andersen’s business.
- Experienced and successful in negotiations.
- Computer skills and proficient in database management and mining.
- Interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, along with compelling presentational skills.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skill.
- Must have experience managing in a matrixed environment plus experience managing external agency resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related area. MBA preferred.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $108,941-$140,000.
