To manage a sound, cost effective maintenance program of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance integrated into the Patio Door plant operations to minimize unscheduled equipment downtime.  Achieve this goal by developing Maintenance Excellence (MEx) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs throughout Bayport manufacturing.

(Manage, mentor, and motivate direct reports, providing training and development to optimize their performance and personal growth. 
Communicate performance standards and expectations to associates, recognizing and rewarding individual and team accomplishments and counseling performance problems. 
 Evaluate and improve maintenance performance by continually reducing maintenance downtime, while reducing maintenance costs.
Ensure equipment integrity and reliability.

·       Strong analytical and technical skills.

·       Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills.

·       Experience leading and working with personnel in areas of development and coaching, career opportunities, performance evaluations and feedback, staffing plans, recruitment, employee conflict resolution, human relations, etc.

·       Must be a highly organized, self motivated person who can work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.

·       Experience working within a Lean Manufacturing concept and TPM environment.

·       Strong ability to communicate with and influence all levels of an organization.

·       Demonstrated experience with change management.

·       Technical abilities include knowledge of trouble shooting with in areas of mechanical, electrical, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics and fabrication.

·       Ability to mange multiple priorities and deadlines.

·       Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.

·       Five year’s maintenance management experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY (to be included with production postings):

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
