SUMMARY:
This position contributes to enterprise learning initiatives through a combination of instructional design and delivery as well as management of various Talent Development projects

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design and develop learning interventions to meet specific customer requests. Use a variety of mediums - classroom, social, eLearning, virtual - for internal and external audiences. Includes development of documentation and materials to support learning.
  • Deliver learning interventions to meet specific customer requests. Use a variety of mediums - classroom, social, eLearning, virtual - for internal and external audiences. Knowledge of Andersen products, processes and systems is a plus, but not required.
  • Support projects associated with outside vendors. Complete project tasks within cost, time and quality standards.
  • Maintain currency of company and/or product knowledge.
  • Define business processes related to learning interventions.
  • Support change management initiatives associated with technology-based projects.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent education and/or experience) in general business, human resources, learning and performance or instructional design.
  • Minimum 5 years business experience, including 2 in a talent development related role. 
  • In depth understanding of Andersen products.    
  • Desire to manage vendor relationships that relate to Talent Development Team initiatives.
  • Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design techniques.
  • A customer-centric approach to work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - specifically in regards to written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with facilitating learning.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
