SUMMARY

The Learning Operations Manager will lead a team responsible for the organization’s learning products, delivery of learning services, and operations, serving as the subject matter expert to the enterprise. This position will be instrumental to maintaining, enhancing, and building learning processes and technology platforms. Looking for an individual who will thrive working in a growing, dynamic organization, while driving the strategy, learning operations initiatives, and influencing the learning and development culture.

 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all learning resources and the portfolio of technologies and services across the enterprise.
  • Analyze data from several learning platforms and tools used by talent and organizational development team and identify opportunities of improvement for learning processes, technologies, administration, documentation, and reporting for all learning activities across the enterprise.
  • Capture insights and seek feedback on learning efficiencies to determine the right resources can be assigned to the right projects.
  • Analyze return on investment to assess the viability of products and services.
  • Partners with talent and organizational development peers and human resources partners to conduct needs analyses and determining correct learning modality/technology to meet the learner and business goals.
  • Conducts assessments of products and services while considering budget needs, learning delivery and feedback.
  • Manage vendors and external partners involved in learning delivery.
  • Establish learning record and database management processes on how to track and assess learning performance.
  • Oversee the execution of the organization’s learning management system including maintain and updating curriculum database and training records.
  • Recommend improvements in the products and services portfolio based on business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs, processes and workflows for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage instructor schedules, coordinate class starts at multiple locations, and manage training equipment and materials including interaction with vendors.
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training and how it affects KPIs.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts regarding instructional design.
 Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Experience developing and designing e-learning courses.

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
