SUMMARY
As a key player in the Talent and Culture Enablement COE (Community of Expertise), the Manager, Leadership Development will be instrumental in defining and advancing our enterprise leadership development strategy for the Renewal by Andersen (RbA) business. Leveraging your expertise in growing leaders, you’ll design, develop, implement, facilitate and evaluate programs as part of a holistic enterprise leadership development portfolio. By applying cutting-edge learning science, you will accelerate the growth of high-potential talent, empowering them to drive business strategy and foster high-performing teams. This role will drive the leadership development strategy and manage key stakeholder relationships within the fast-paced RbA retail business. Up to 25% travel.

Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $99,216 to $153,784
