Summary: To train and develop the skills, knowledge, ability and attitudes of new and existing installation crews and installers. Proper installation techniques, safety and compliance adherence, homeowner experience, business processes and other areas as designated are key areas of focus. Effective execution of job duties should deliver targeted OP profit, FTT rates, remake goals, DSO objectives, establish safe work practices, and Homeowner Experience targets.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure homeowner delight, as measured through customer satisfaction surveys, by training and coaching associates on technical capabilities and Signature Service. Visiting Homeowner work sites to audit existing and new processes.
- Conduct hands-on product installation training both at the facility and on the jobsite. This training will be conducted for all new installation hires along with refresher training of existing installers. Key components of this program include, but are not limited to:
- Assures pre-arrival planning for materials and resources.
- Proper job-site Safety and Set-up meet company standards.
- Ensures compliance with RbA's installation process, procedures and local building codes.
- Teaching and Delivering Signature Service, along with the importance of maintaining the A/W Brand.
- Understanding and applying the "Critical Performance Factors" of proper window installation.
- Ensures that newly learned skills are consistently applied.
- Meet or exceed Homeowner expectations on the timing of installation processes by having a capable workforce available to meet demand fluctuations.
- Ensuring install associates complete scheduled work within allotted timeframe, in alignment with efficiency expectations.
- Routinely evaluates the impact of training on business results. Review individual and team installation metrics to determine focus areas of training for individuals, sub-contractors and the entire installation team. Develop and deliver specific training to increase effectiveness within identified areas or improvement including-FTT rate, remakes, construction knowledge, service knowledge, installation knowledge and homeowner satisfaction.
- Supervise installation process associates including performance planning, fostering open communication and answering team concerns and questions.
- Partner with the install leaders to ensure safe practices are in place and are followed. Ensure that all regulatory required training is completed as appropriate.
- Support the recruiting efforts as needed to meet workforce requirements.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $75,000 - $85,000 salary, plus an annual incentive.
