SUMMARY:  

The Installation Manager is a key member of the Orange County market leadership team, leading the installation function in alignment with business objectives, ultimately increasing operating profit. This individual will lead the hiring, training, and onboarding efforts for the team, ensuring that associates are prepared and able to deliver flawless installation and Signature Service the first time.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Ensure homeowner satisfaction by training and coaching associates on technical capabilities and customer service.

·       Meet and exceed homeowner expectations on installation timing by having a capable workforce available to meet demand fluctuations.

·       Lead the recruiting efforts to meet workforce requirements; participate in new employee training and onboarding.

·       Analyze metrics to determine training focus areas; provide performance feedback and coaching to associates in order to improve overall installation performance.

·       Meet revenue goals through building a capable team and ensuring that resources are aligned with budget.

·       Lead safety initiatives to ensure that safe practices are in place and followed by associates.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience

·       Recent, relevant leadership experience, including experience with recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training new associates

·       Previous P&L responsibility

·       Strategic mindset; strong analysis and communication skills

·       Experience within the home improvement field

·       Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
