A National Inside Sales Center career advancement opportunity that specializes in supporting Renewal by Andersen's initiative to lead and deliver a world-class digital homeowner experience. The purpose of this role is to schedule a sales appointment through online chat, text, or outbound phone calls. This employee is responsible for following the National Inside Sales Center's process standards, engaging in ongoing training with the National Inside Sales Center Coach and Leadership team and working in collaboration with peers and leaders to support the National Inside Sales Center's initiative to provide signature service to our internal and external partners.  


·        Schedule a sales appointment through online chat, text, or outbound phone calls; this consists of following the company-prescribed "scripts" based on different customer inquiries.

·         Document all online chat, text, or outbound phone calls based on standard operating procedures.

·         Ensure a prompt and proper resolution of customer inquiries through Renewal by Andersen's corporate chatting and texting forums. This includes providing answers, suggesting a free in-home consultation, and additional information on website navigation and scheduling processes.

·         Assist with tracking and identifying process efficiencies and opportunities within the National Inside Sales Center's Digital Experience Initiative.

·         Participate and assist with the initial and ongoing training of new team members on core job responsibilities 

·         Collect and report feedback on IT issues related to the customer management system.

·         Participate in team meetings, One-on-one, and ongoing training as assigned by a leader within the National Inside Sales Center.

·         Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of customer service experience that requires the use of a software application to assist customers, preferably in a contact center.
  • Employees must have the ability to work an assigned eight (8) hour schedule, starting as early as 6:55 am CT and ending as late as 10:00 pm CT Monday through Sunday.
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills; preferably must be able to type 45 wpm.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask and problem-solve with a sense of urgency.
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to effectively communicate via Zoom, Microsoft, email, live chat, etc. 
  • Strong work ethic, ability to act independently, be self-motivated, and work within the context of a team environment.

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.  Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
