SUMMARY
The ITS Manager will lead the ServiceNow ITSM Delivery team and spearhead an enterprise-wide program to elevate IT services for the Andersen & Renewal By Andersen community. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, ensuring system reliability, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize IT services. With a team of 8, the ITS Manager is pivotal in delivering efficient IT services and may take on additional roles in program initiatives and change management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Drive Team Performance: Allocate staff strategically to maximize team velocity and growth. Reallocate resources based on evolving technology needs and augment teams with external talent when required.
· Recruit and Develop Talent: Collaborate with the Product Owner to forecast staffing needs based on strategic initiatives and participate in recruiting skilled professionals to support cross-functional, self-organizing teams.
· Champion Agile Transformation: Act as a point of escalation for Agile teams, removing barriers to success. Promote Agile principles across business partners and leadership, advocating for continuous improvement and the necessary tools and capabilities.
· Manage Technical Impact: Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize technical currency, vendor support changes, and portfolio scoring in backlog and sprint planning.
· Oversee Financial Management: Manage financials, budgets, and procurement processes, working effectively with IT leadership and finance teams. Oversee financial reporting related to staffing and procurement, and lead performance appraisals.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· Ability to be onsite in Oak Park Heights, MN, 3-days a week.
· Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration preferred).
· A minimum of 5 years’ experience with Information Technology / Software Development / Operations / Infrastructure efforts with progressive responsibility.
· A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, etc.).
· In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow system preferred, with a track record of leveraging technical expertise to improve processes, configure integrations, and drive system optimization.
· Excellent project/program management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
· Ability to analyze issues and problems systematically, gathering broad and balanced input, drawing sound conclusions, and providing actionable insights.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
· Approach challenges with a creative and inquisitive mindset, always seeking new and better ways to enhance individuals' effectiveness in their work.
· Demonstrates a people-centric orientation, care for others, and values the contributions of a diverse team.
· Design and execute project plans, integrate, and align across functions, and deliver on commitments.
· Ability to bring a team together and have fun during complex, challenging times!
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
· Agile Certification Preferred: Scrum, Scaling, Kanban, PMI-ACP.
· Other Certifications welcome: PMP, DevOps, Lean, Six Sigma.
· IT Support Desk Experience
· ITIL v4 Certification

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
