SUMMARY

CPQ Business Analyst - This position will be responsible for collaborating with internal/external customers and other business partners to help facilitate the identification of user requirements for the design and development of solutions for product quote, order management and generation of product specification information used for production manufacturing. Andersen Windows is a leader in using product quote and configuration technologies to support our high volume/high variety custom manufacturing. This position is located at Andersen’s Corporate Administrative Office in Oak Park Heights, MN, and with a primary focus of supporting the Renewal by Andersen products manufactured in Locust Grove, Georgia. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develop roadmap/plan for developing CPQ product models including:
    • Creating stories and Epics in JIRA
    • Working with business partners to supply expected test results 
    • Verification of test results 
    • Under direction of others, align CPQ releases with other application teams as needed. 
    • Business requirements elicitation for product quote, order management and dynamic generation of custom bill of material to support quote, order and make processes 
    • Product model rules writing for both Quote and Manufacturing 
    • Formulate detailed Technical and Functional system specifications 
    • Perform design, development, testing and deployment of EQ/CPQ custom solutions 
    • Perform rigorous unit testing and system integration testing 
    • Conduct detailed cross functional BOM reviews 
    • Carry out component migration, systems maintenance and required upgrades after careful planning and communication with stake holders 
    • Provide analytical & technical support, for production instance from a business user and technology perspective, trouble shoot & resolve complex production issues 
    • Collaborate with vendor on support, maintenance and upgrades of SaaS based CPQ applications  
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related Engineering
  • At least 2-4 years of foundational knowledge with application development tools and technologies
  • Basic business process design skill 
  • Foundational understanding of object-oriented design and development concepts and principals 
  • Basic understanding of Agile practices 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

COMPENSATION: 
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $77,255 - $119,745

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
