Andersen Windows and Doors is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resource professional for its HR Coordinator position in Garland, Texas. This is a hands-on role facilitating all basic Human Resources functions.

  • Coordinate annual employee training 
  •  Coordinate plant or department events 
  •  Maintain employee files in compliance with records retention policy and applicable legal requirements.     
  • Act as site liaison in troubleshooting associate issues relating to payroll, timekeeping and benefits.
  • Participate in and coordinate the new hire orientation process
  • Direct associates seeking policy clarification and HR-related inquiries to management and/or HR Business Partner.
  • Coordinate various associate meetings, including scheduling, invitations, room arrangements, lunches, maintaining attendance records.
  • Participate in community partnership events and activities.
  • Assist associates with medical leave related questions and paperwork, coordinating with Corporate Health Services.
  •  Highly motivated; capable of independently managing multiple tasks/projects in a professional, efficient manner
  • Partnership and teamwork is a must
  • Excellent customer service & follow-through skills
  • Outstanding desktop computer skills (MS Office applications)

  • Bi-lingual Spanish and English 
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with PeopleSoft/Oracle and Kronos applications

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
