ANDERSEN CORPORATION SUMMARY:
RESPONSIBILITIES
In-field coaching and training of Retail Marketing Representatives.
Classroom training, which involves teaching staff methodology, rebuttals, process and procedures.
Manages the department calendar including; negotiating with event sponsors and outside vendors to procure space and to obtain the best value for our investment.
Oversees participation in events, sponsorship, retail partnerships and creation of lead-gen opportunities based on established objectives, including on-site administration, resource supervision, and other implementation details.
Expense and P&L management of Events and Showroom expenses; control spend within budget to achieve goals.
Collaborate with partners within Renewal to drive results. (Sales, Inside Sales Center, Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance)
Participate in recruiting efforts, including interviewing candidates.
Communicate results and future strategy with management.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Supervising Andersen Showroom Leads & Reps Supervising Temporary Event Reps, Showroom Reps & Retail Reps
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications preferred or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities
Requires 3 to 5 years of experience in sales/marketing, planning events and/or managing sales/retail teams
Ability to think strategically, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to self manage resources (time and budget) to achieve objectives
Ability to analyze effectiveness of events, sponsorships & local programs
Ability to understand the role of marketing communications, sales promotion and advertising
Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills
Demonstrated analytic skills Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and Access
