The Quality Engineering Lead/Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of engineers and quality technicians to drive a culture of quality. This position will lead or support quality engineering projects in operations, new product, and technology development.



  • Deep understanding of quality systems and standards.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to gain alignment across a cross-functional team.
  • Track record of driving a culture of quality and accountability.
  • Experience with software such as Power BI, Excel or Minitab, ability to analyze data to detect trends and abnormalities.
  • Experience with the design and maintenance of current and future business intelligence applications used by various data streams (i.e., Power Apps, Power BI dashboards).
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical degree is required.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
