SUMMARY

  • Providing insights from analytical work to aid decision making 

  • Supporting reporting system/tool development and maintenance 

  • Collaboration with business users to gather requirements 

  • Research & analysis of business processes/data to support creation of enterprise data assets using modern business intelligence tools 

  • Fostering data literacy with non-analytical users while helping to promote/enable self-service analytics 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist or independently provide requirements & analysis for creation of enterprise data assets. Create reports and contribute to various data governance & management initiatives 
  • Own operational reporting package within SalesForce
  • Partner with Data Engineers, Stakeholders, and Product Owner to understand requirements and business processes. Support the development and maintenance of enterprise data sets, reporting systems and/or reporting tools to provide business value.  
  • Support ad hoc research and analysis activities. 
  • Contribute to Data Catalog and Analytics Community of Practice  
  • Assist with user support and case management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, MIS, or related field) or relevant work experience equivalent 
  • Beginner level SQL Knowledge, Beginner level ELT knowledge and Introduction to Data Modeling 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience IT experience and 2 years working with data either in the form of report building or querying data for analytical purposes. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience developing in BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Thoughtspot, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills in context of interpreting business needs

During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19. An eligible employee hired during a quarter will receive a prorated payment based on the number of days employed during the quarter.
