Provide a world class customer experience by answering customer calls and directing the customer to the person or department they are attempting to contact. Market variation in customer contact methods create increased non-service calls coming into the service department. This position will provide human interaction with the customer and support by listening and guiding to the appropriate department to serve them.
  • Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner
  • Create homeowner job file
  • Schedule homeowner’s tech measure, install date, and reminders
  • Work with retail Service Representatives and Scheduling teams to move the homeowner’s job through the process
  • Work with the Sales Representatives to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or Job's in Progress
  • Post install phone call and survey
  • Resolve any post install situations
  • High School/GED/Equivalent
  • 1+ years Customer Service experience
  • Data Entry Skills
  • Must possess strong communication skills and time management skills
  • Strong competence in Microsoft Office Software
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
  • Organized

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
