The Compliance Specialist ensures the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, acting as a guardian of ethical business practices. This role supports the company in excelling in regulatory risk management and helps maintain trust with customers, partners, and external stakeholders, including regulators, while ensuring the delivery of high-value products. Key responsibilities include conducting regular compliance audits, identifying and addressing potential issues, reporting violations to management and maintaining internal tracking systems. Additionally, the Compliance Specialist is responsible for implementing corrective actions, educating internal and external partners on compliance standards, and assisting with regular administrative duties as assigned.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review random samples and pull documents for records being audited, ensuring they are verified against policy and requirements. Additionally, they update the tracking system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, supporting overall compliance and audit processes.
- Handle routine, standard, repetitive administrative and reporting duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of customer service equivalent work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
COMPENSATION
Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $61,760 per year to $92,640 per year.
