POSITION SUMMARY:
Serve as a strategic partner to channel leadership team by translating complex analytic work into easy-to-understand data narratives and recommendations. This position will influence and make decisions that impact our overall channel revenue strategy, including setting key success indicators. Collaborate cross functionally to ensure processes necessary to support channel revenue strategies are in place.
This role is a hybrid of traditional jobs in data analysis, performance evaluation, strategy and planning.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Partner closely with channel leadership to develop actionable, measurable projects and programs that accelerate sales growth and improve revenue rep productivity. Develop strategic insights from ad hoc research and analysis and present findings to management and senior leaders.
· Analyze complex business problems through independent in-depth investigation and data forensics. Identify operational inefficiencies, data quality issues and behavioral trends. Proactively make recommendations to senior leaders by being a trusted advisor.
· Collaborate cross functionally to ensure key components of our channel revenue strategy are supported. Capable of communicating business requirements effectively to other cross functional teams.
· Be a subject matter expert within the Andersen Division.
· May regularly coach other team members or influence work for others to meet project deadlines.
· May regularly formally mentor Andersen employees with channel revenue strategy aspirations, interns and/or other team members.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree – business analytics, mathematics, statistics, economics.
· Minimum 6 years of experience in analyst related field (marketing, sales, finance, or business). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Advanced Excel skills, experience with SQL, common data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI), ability to manipulate and make sense of large data sets. Understanding of data structures and basic modeling concepts.
· Experience with common revenue tools such as Salesforce, Anaplan.
· Experience developing or overseeing quantitative analysis. Experience overseeing cross-functional project development and implementation.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content senior leadership.
· Works effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches.
· Able to effectively navigate competing timelines and prioritization.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
