Renewal by Andersen has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Retail Manager in our Greater Michigan market! The Associate Retail Manager will assist the Event & Retail Manager to grow the Greater Michigan market retail footprint, primarily through the development and management of local retail partnerships. Another major component of the role will be recruiting, hiring, and training marketing representatives, as well as staffing and scheduling.

  • Oversees development and participation in retail partnerships and creation of lead-gen opportunities, including on-site administration, resource supervision, and other implementation details
  • Negotiates contracts with retail partners and outside vendors to procure space and to obtain the best value for our investment
  • Manages the department calendar
  • Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training; will also provide in-field coaching
  • Leads classroom training to teach new staff RbA methodology and processes.
  • Provides guidance, training, and work direction to retail marketing reps

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications preferred or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities
  • Some experience in sales/marketing, planning events and/or managing sales/retail teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills


In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
