  • To support internal customer groups within manufacturing and logistics operations by identifying performance problem root causes and success enablers and implementing initiatives that result in improving business performance, increasing workforce capability, and/or increasing employee engagement.
  • To design and develop learning and other solutions that lead to increased associate productivity, enhanced workforce engagement and retention, and organizational flexibility to meet customer expectations, increased talent reserves for continuing enterprise growth, and improved individual career development.


  • Consult with business leaders to identify employee capability requirements that support and enable successful business performance in area of assigned responsibility.
  • Support culture change initiatives with multi-faceted solutions that drive individual, team and organizational behaviors.
  • Lead the development of organizational development best practices and engage with HR and business leaders to build competency
  • Facilitate effective delivery of training, using multiple methods not limited to classroom and virtual deployment.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of talent development programs to support workforce readiness and retention.
  • Follow project management methodologies to ensure assigned project tasks meet cost, timelines and quality requirements.
  • Identify and evaluate environmental and personal factors that underlie employee performance problem root causes.
  • Assess training needs and prescribe appropriate learning solutions employing a variety of delivery methods.
  • Develop and lead the implementation of planned change interventions that result in improved individual and group performance.
  • Develop competency models aligned to performance requirements of key roles and develop/deploy tools and processes for evaluating individual and group competency gaps.
  • Develop training, learning activities, and supporting documentation consistent with instructional design standards, current learning science, adult learning theory and knowledge of the targeted audience.
  • Continually enhance learning methods and materials based on business needs and feedback, emerging technologies, and resources.
  • Lead the development of measurement strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop others in the enterprise who may have responsibility for developing training.


  • May provide direction to others involved in collaborating on instructional design or those delivering training.
  • May provide direction and/or project management lead to external training vendors or curriculum developers.

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience and demonstrated skills and abilities
  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing, developing, facilitating, and implementing technical and soft skills training programs
  • Certified and/or experienced in assessment and development instruments to improve individual, team and organization effectiveness
  • Solid understanding of adult learning theory, experiential program design, leadership and employee development, and high performance team-building.
  • Demonstrated competency in instructional design, needs assessment, data analysis, performance measurement and evaluation, team and consulting skills.
  • Understanding of continuous improvement methods and lean management tools is desired
  • Advanced skill using Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel & Teams)
  • Experience with e-learning design and development is desired
  • Exposure to LMS systems
  • Bilingual highly desired

During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19. An eligible employee hired during a quarter will receive a prorated payment based on the number of days employed during the quarter. Those eligible include fully-vaccinated regular full-time and part-time employees (at least 20 hours per week) who are not subject to a collective bargaining agreement. These and other terms and conditions of Andersen’s 2022 Profit Sharing Plan, including the definition of full vaccination against COVID-19, are subject to change or termination without notice.
