Execute and manage sales related projects and activities that drive sales growth. This role serves as a partner to the sales leadership team, marketing, business directors and broader sales organization by supporting strategies, business objectives, and providing recommendations aimed at improving the in-store environment, improving store productivity, improving customer experience, and becoming a trusted advisor and partner to Home Depot support teams. 


  • Project Management:  Develop, organize, and flawlessly execute strategic initiatives through project management and planning when launching any/all projects with The Home Depot in U.S and Canada. 
  • Business Support: Works with the Director of Business Development to create stock and display recommendations and solutions for store planograms and sku maintenance.
  • Project Support: Create Reset Installation Guides (RIG), the official document used by THD and shared with supporting teams and store management teams. 
  • Sales Support & Planning:  Partner with THD Division to assess In-Store environment, sales effectiveness, and leverage data to derive insights to support sales strategy and planning activities.
  • Relationship Management: Develop relationships with Andersen & Home Depot support staff and become a trusted advisor for Home Depot
  • Communication: Provide clear communication on the processes and requirements for each project to the appropriate field sales team members.


  • Support cross functional partners including Sales, Sales Support, Supply Chain, Marketing Services, Product Management, Engineering, Order Entry, (across AW and Storm Door Division) and outside vendors as required to achieve sales and marketing business objectives.

  • Must have a 4 year degree from accredited college/university and/or combination of education and experience.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills (with peers, management, and external audiences)
  • Strong business, product and customer knowledge
  • Strong problem solving, negotiating, persuasion, execution and time management skills

During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
