- Develop, deploy and manage business plans with account to increase sales performance and meet/exceed sales targets. Develop key performance indicators with accounts to measure and monitor performance. Review business plans with account stakeholders quarterly to ensure progress to KPI's and ongoing alignment between Andersen and account goals and strategies.
- Manage (through internal and external collaboration and communication with sales delivery partners) market or trade conflicts to ensure alignment of region goals and strategies.
- Conduct effective, results-focused joint planning meetings that result in actionable plans and ongoing conversation allowing for the accomplishment of sales objectives.
- Develop and train account delivery partners to improve account performance, knowledge and efficiency to maximize results.
- Participate in sales meetings to ensure alignment with district, division and company goals.
- Liaison to Sales Management, Marketing and other internal/external delivery partners to provide input and feedback regarding product, programs and policies.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with accounts to measure and monitor performance.
- Review Business Plans with account stakeholders quarterly to ensure progress to KPI's and ongoing alignment between Andersen and account goals and strategies.

During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19. An eligible employee hired during a quarter will receive a prorated payment based on the number of days employed during the quarter. Those eligible include fully-vaccinated regular full-time and part-time employees (at least 20 hours per week) who are not subject to a collective bargaining agreement. These and other terms and conditions of Andersen’s 2022 Profit Sharing Plan, including the definition of full vaccination against COVID-19, are subject to change or termination without notice.
