The Talent Acquisition Coordinator I provides support to the Talent Acquisition team and interacts with multiple divisions throughout the Andersen enterprise. The role supports Talent Acquisition by coordinating activities, participating in hiring events, and could conduct interviews for non-exempt level positions ensuring consistency and efficiency throughout the hiring process.


·       Support the talent acquisition life cycle by creating, distributing and collecting all new hire information. Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards and accurately enter information into all required HRIS system(s)

·       Support Talent Acquisition department by managing TA events calendars/logistics, ordering supplies, job fair preparation, and compiling metrics/data for reporting purposes

·       Assist Talent Acquisition Partner(s) in all aspects of recruitment including posting job requisitions, phone screens, pre-employment checks, manage candidate travel and manage TA systems that support TA programs

·       Intake, administration, processing, and reporting for the Andersen employee referral program and new hire signing bonuses.


·       Minimum of 1-3 years of experience supporting a HR/recruiting function or in an administrative support role.

·       Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, with team members and hiring managers at all levels of the organization and represent Andersen in a professional manner.

·       Ability to properly handle and manage confidential data and documentation

·       Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and other MS Office products.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen focus on continuous improvement activities.

·       Ability to prioritize and systemize own work independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

·       Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.


   ·       Associates' degree or equivalent experience preferred. 

·       Experience with HRIS systems, such as PeopleSoft is preferred.

During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19. An eligible employee hired during a quarter will receive a prorated payment based on the number of days employed during the quarter.
