We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate (Contract) to support our full cycle recruiting and selection process in our Bayport plant. The estimated length of this contract is 3-4 months and may go longer depending on business need. 

This position will assist with recruitment efforts onsite for our Bayport facility, including interviewing and providing tours for production candidates.  They will also phone interview applicants for other locations across the enterprise. 

This position will consult with hiring leaders and the site TA team to identify talent needs, to build and execute appropriate recruitment strategies.  You will be expected to exercise discretion and confidentiality regarding candidate's compensation and other personal information. This position will also provide backup, onsite support for onboarding and new hire orientation. 

The schedule for this role can we be flexible around the current office hours of 8:00am-4:00pm and is required to be on site Monday through Friday. 


High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Self-motivated with very strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong personal computer skills including Microsoft office, HRIS applications, ATS and other talent acquisition research and sourcing tools. Strong problem solving skills. Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions. Demonstrated ability to analyze tradeoffs between internal and external selections/development.
