Andersen Windows and Doors is seeking a Logistics Supply Chain Analyst. This position is responsible for leading project teams to solve complex problems that cross multiple value streams, functions, businesses, and/or large user base. The Supply Chain Analyst takes a new perspective on existing solutions while coaching and training others with less experience.
The Supply Chain Analyst may perform supply chain analytics involved in demand and resource planning, capacity analyses across the Value Stream. This position will work with the Value Stream to manage machine and labor capacity including crew sizing, overtime, and prepare/interpret supply chain information to support Value Stream initiatives.
The Supply Chain Analyst may lead the development of new supply chains across the value stream (plan, source, make, deliver) for new product and process development in a project role within a single site; develop and complete project work plans, provide required status reports. In addition, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Location: Goodyear, Arizona
Hours: 6:30am-3:00pm

• Create and maintain dashboards for logistics
• Maintain data and provide context for department metrics
• Support load planning
• Develop and sustain reports for mid to long range planning of inbound and outbound capacity planning
• Project participation as needed.
• Optimize plans and schedules in a lean environment, including coordination of services and materials to match production demands
• Analyze and communicate value steam and/or supply chain capacity and constraints
• Takes ownership in performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions across Supply Chain, utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools, such as ERP, Kanban, spike tools, 5Y, etc.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners including suppliers, supervisors and team leads, logistics/warehouse groups and material planners
• Provides coaching and mentoring of supply chain planners. Receives minimal guidance from others.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, equivalent experience. Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems is preferred.
• Working knowledge of supply chain technologies (ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Warehouse Management Systems)
• Advanced skills and experience with Microsoft Suite, ERP and Reporting systems
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing tools such as pull systems, PDCA thinking, value stream mapping, process mapping, and Kanban systems.
• Effectively collaborate and works well with others
• Ability to understand customer needs, in detail, and consistently attend to meeting customer requirements
• Seeks opportunities to learn from others who have more experience and tenure in the organization
• Strong aptitude in process improvement and problem solving

During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
