Andersen Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst III to support Bayport’s 400S Double Hung manufacturing operation. Requires subject matter expert knowledge obtained through training and experience.  Leads project teams to solve complex problems that cross multiple value streams, functions, and businesses.  Takes a new perspective on existing solutions. 

This position requires the ability to work autonomously, solve problems across organizational boundaries, and work with ambiguity.


  • Lead the development of new supply chains across the value stream (plan, source, make, deliver) for new product and process development.  Understands impact and interconnectivity of departments to represent "plant & cross functional" view (plan, source, make, deliver)
  • Daily collaboration with Operations
  • Perform analytics to determine how to best resolve constraints to balance service, inventory and cost; and reviews data to ensure successful implementation and interface with other functions and systems
  • Analyze, develop recommendations, and lead implementation of continuous improvements to business tools and processes, utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools such as Kanban, 5Y, Plan-Do-Check-Act, value stream mapping and A3 thinking. Identifies supply chain problem areas and drives improvement in service, reduce cost, and increase inventory turns, Utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools such as Kanban, 5Y, Plan-Do-Check-Act, value stream mapping and A3 thinking
  • Provide supply chain strategy insights and influence at the value stream level
  • Common exposure to operations, production scheduling, procurement, logistics, and customer-facing team members
  • Coach others on understanding, analyzing, and interpreting data and information, and use of supply chain tools
  • Provides peer-to-peer coaching and developmental feedback to others


·       Bachelor’s degree or higher,  equivalent experience.  Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems is preferred. 6-8 years combine experience in Sourcing, Operations, Logistics,

  • Master knowledge of relevant supply chain technologies  such as ERP, Manufacturing Executions Systems, Warehouse Management systems
  • Demonstrates competency to coach others in ERP systems, data mining and data reporting
  • Demonstrates knowledge of and coaches others on lean tools including Pull, 5Y, PDCA, kaizen facilitation, A3 thinking, waste elimination
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills

During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19. An eligible employee hired during a quarter will receive a prorated payment based on the number of days employed during the quarter.
