Role is responsible for execution, continuous improvement, and problem solving of supply chain processes to achieve business results. Required to understand downstream customer requirements to meet expectations. Role drives change through applying fundamental theories, principles, and concepts of supply chain, and lean manufacturing.


Optimize plans and schedules in a lean environment, including coordination of services and materials to match production demands

Analyze and communicate value steam and/or supply chain capacity and constraints

Takes ownership in performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions across Supply Chain, utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools; such as ERP, Kanban, spike tools, 5Y, etc..

Collaborate with internal and external partners including suppliers, supervisors and team leads, logistics/warehouse groups and material planners

Represents supply chain in projects within the value stream (plan, source, make, or deliver).

Some Cycle counting processes will be required

Will be required to obtain a PIT license

Ability to work flexible hours at times to meet customer needs

Minimum Qualifications, Skill and/or Competencies

Bachelor’s degree or higher, equivalent experience. Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems is preferred.

Working knowledge of supply chain technologies (ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Warehouse Management Systems)

Advanced skills and experience with Microsoft Suite, ERP and Reporting systems

Working knowledge of lean manufacturing tools such as pull systems, PDCA thinking, value stream mapping, process mapping, and Kanban systems.

Effectively collaborate and works well with others

Ability to understand customer needs, in detail, and consistently attend to meeting customer requirements

Seeks opportunities to learn from others who have more experience and tenure in the organization

Strong aptitude in process improvement and problem solving

During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
