This individual is recognized as an industry expert with demonstrated expertise in implementing a variety of strategic tools and technologies. This position evaluates, recommends, implements, and supports technologies that are strategic and innovative to meeting enterprise objectives. This individual will have the ability to lead small teams in innovative, complex technical efforts while developing the expertise of others.



  • Independently working closely with our Product Owner(s) and business partners to understand, define, and document functional requirements and architectural solutions for solving high complexity business needs.
  • Experience working with large codebases, managing shared resources and libraries
  • Expert knowledge in all phases of the mobile application development lifecycle and distribution models (Public, B2B, and Enterprise distribution methods)
  • Ability to work in large, collaborative Agile teams to achieve organizational OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)
  • Independently estimate the design, development, testing and deployment of high complexity assignments and meet the estimated time for delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business customers, project leaders, Architects, and account managers.
  • Support other Software Engineers on technical issues and assisting with their development efforts.
  • May regularly coach other team members (internal and contractor), or plan work for others to meet project deadlines.  Has no direct reports or staff responsibilities with respect to providing career development, training opportunities and conducting performance evaluations.


·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related discipline

·       Minimum of 5 years of development experience with a variety of leading-edge development languages, platforms and methodologies.

·       Familiar with a variety of application development methodologies including SDLC, Agile and Scrum

·       Minimum 2 years of experience with Xamarin or similar multi-platform framework.

·       Minimum 2 years of experience with .NET/C#

·       Minimum 2 years of experience implementing mobile web APIs.

·       Experience with CI/CD processes

·       Experience with mobile analytics and monitoring

·       Experience with DynaTrace, App Center, Azure DevOps, Azure cloud is preferred.

·       Able to manage and prioritize several tasks and projects while delivering high-quality solutions

·       Strong problem-solving skills and able to generate creative solutions

·       Strong focus on customer service and goes the extra mile to ensure a positive end user experience

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Results oriented

During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
