POSITION PURPOSE


Supports Andersen various marketing program administrative responsibilities and needs providing first class customer service to both external trade customers and associated internal sales team members. Assists with content and process updates to support program advancement.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES


Channel and Marketing Program Administration


Responds to and executes change requests to various marketing and channel programs from internal and external customers, while delivering excellent customer service.

Assist in the development, documentation, communication and adherence to procedures and policies.

Work under limited supervision requiring advanced process knowledge and the exercise of good judgment in application. Understand organizational impact of issues.

Assist marketing managers with coordinating content updates as needed.


   

Data Integrity

  • Maintains and updates customer data within customer database and CRM platform
  • Runs reports to ensure data is consistent across multiple platforms, identifies gaps, and takes action to correct.
  • Administers program participant surveys as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

  • 4 Year College Degree or equivalent plus 4 years’ experience to include training and related work experience. 
  • Strong communication and written skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft programs including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience navigating in and using Salesforce preferred.
  • Highly collaborative and able to work across various teams.
  • Tolerance of ambiguity.

During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19. An eligible employee hired during a quarter will receive a prorated payment based on the number of days employed during the quarter. Those eligible include fully-vaccinated regular full-time and part-time employees (at least 20 hours per week) who are not subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
