Warehouse Associate

Responsible for sanding, taping, papering, painting, staining, preparation and finish work on doors and windows on a regular basis.


  • Responsible for preparation, sanding, painting, staining, spraying, prep and finish work on doors, windows and various moldings.
  • Strive to make every job a learning experience to receive training and familiarization with job requirements.
  • Keep paint booth and working areas neat, clean and organized.
  • Be courteous, neat, clean and in proper uniform.
  • Abide by company safety policy and report any potential hazards to supervisor.
  • Always follow all company policies.
  • Attend company meetings and seminars as required.
  • Advise supervisor of anything that employee becomes aware of that could be important to improving the profitability, competitiveness or safety policies of the company.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications - External


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of painting, staining, preparation, and finishing work using brush, roller and spray equipment.
  • Acceptable DMV record.
  • Physical ability to daily lift and carry products weighing up to 100lbs., stoop and bend.
  • Use electric and air powered tools.
  • Ability to drive a forklift.
  • Speak, write and communicate in English.
