Responsible for sanding, taping, papering, painting, staining, preparation and finish work on doors and windows on a regular basis.

* Responsible for preparation, sanding, painting, staining, spraying, prep and finish work on doors, windows and various moldings.
* Strive to make every job a learning experience to receive training and familiarization with job requirements.
* Keep paint booth and working areas neat, clean and organized.
* Be courteous, neat, clean and in proper uniform.
* Abide by company safety policy and report any potential hazards to supervisor.
* Always follow all company policies.
* Attend company meetings and seminars as required.
* Advise supervisor of anything that employee becomes aware of that could be important to improving the profitability, competitiveness or safety policies of the company.
* Any other duties or responsibilities deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications - External

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Knowledge of painting, staining, preparation, and finishing work using brush, roller and spray equipment.
* Acceptable DMV record.
* Physical ability to daily lift and carry products weighing up to 100lbs., stoop and bend.
* Use electric and air powered tools.
* Ability to drive a forklift.
* Speak, write and communicate in English.
