Shift time:

Monday - Thursday 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with the possibility of overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.

Pay: $19-$20.50/hr

Primary Responsibilities:

- Review work orders
- Locate windows and doors
- Build unit according to specifications
- Attach accessories and custom items
- Perform quality checks to assure conformance to standards
- Package units
- Stage for Shipping
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Cut and prep custom extrusions to exact measurements
- Operate basic hand tools- Cut down packaging materials
- Assure conformance with 5S program
- Assure compliance with all related safety policies and procedures
- Perform Safety audits
- Follow standard work, control plans, and written work instructions
- Follow proper lifting techniques
- Follow directions given by the Management team
- Support and participate in Lean initiatives
- Serve as a member of the Department team, providing assistance as needed
- Participate in the continuous improvement process
- Ability to work with other associates
