Description & Requirements

Planning and scheduling maintenance activities, creating, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving Andersen Enterprise maintenance processes.

Responsible for the scheduling, coordinating, processing, review and approval of routine work and small projects for the areas of assigned responsibility (heavy focus on PM's to start).

Routine interaction with technical work groups, business partners, and material vendors in developing and carrying out event-specific work plans. Providing updates to the customer: information related to ongoing or scheduled work, status of activities, etc..

Monitor and communicate performance and delivery in relation to expectations of external suppliers' to internal customers.

Assess labor and material requirements prior to and following routine work.  Apply findings to future work of a similar nature.

Assist and develop, under general supervision, work plans for small projects/sub projects, including expense/capital estimates, in consultation with Engineering and Supervision.

Prepare and review data regarding equipment reliability, work performance, schedule compliance, material usage, and other metrics pertinent to areas of responsibility.

Manage security badge process, including but not limited to: new badge creation, badge access assignments, temp badge inventory, etc.

Develop and/or update new and existing PM documentation in EAM system


Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Demonstrates ability to effectively apply acquired knowledge, skills and abilities to a variety of assignments within a basic range of technical difficulty.

Developing understanding of methodologies associated with maintenance planning and scheduling

Must have good writing and communications skills.

Strong organizational & coordination skills

Moderate level of desktop computer skills, including spreadsheet, presentation, word processing, email, schedule management and associated software.

Ability to manage multiple and/or time dependent activities

Customer focus.
