Consult with Andersen business division leaders to identify critical human performance improvement strategies for division employees, channel partners, and customers that result in increased employee capability and productivity, engagement, and professional/career development opportunities.

Drive the creation and implementation of learning and performance support tools, resources and training that are tailored to the specific products, processes and systems of the assigned business division, and which are an integral part of the company’s overall learning and organizational development system.


  • To identify and remove barriers that inhibit job performance and career success for deaf employees.
  • To support the growth and development of the enterprise deaf workforce within Manufacturing Operations and Logistics, and other internal corporate customers groups, identifying root causes and barriers to access and full participation (engagement, performance, retention, and talent development) in the employee experience.
  • To design and develop learning access enablers, making use of assistive technology and other tools to increase full access and participation, and improve individual career development.
  • To design and facilitate learning content and experiences to prepare leaders for managing and leading a deaf workforce.
  • Leverage external partnerships to provide capacity, strategic insights, and solutions to continuous improvement of systems to support a deaf workforce.


  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience and demonstrated skills and abilities
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience designing, developing, facilitating, and implementing technical and soft skills training programs to specifically enable a deaf workforce and ensure access to content and activities.
  • Licensed and/or certified, and experienced in delivering instruction and facilitation to students using American Sign Language, assistive technology, assessment and development instruments to improve individual, team, and organization effectiveness
  • Solid understanding of adult learning theory, process improvement, internal consulting, employee development, and high-performance team building.
  • Demonstrated competency in instructional design, needs assessment, data analysis, performance measurement and evaluation, process improvement, team building, and consulting skills.

During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
