SUMMARY 

Responsible to delivering on the lean management team’s purpose of securing Andersen’s success for the future through the constant pursuit of Andersen’s “All Together” culture.

Responsible for the development of Lean Management skills of Senior Leaders of the organization, and through that Leader, the whole organization.

Leads a team of embedded lean management subject matter experts (embedded within leadership-teams reporting to the lean manager’s assigned Senior Leaders) to partner in the development and deployment of the embedded team’s management system, team transformation and process transformation to deliver on the embedded team’s strategic goals.

Responsible for the development of other lean management subject-matter experts, and Lean Accelerator participants.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partners with Senior Leaders to develop and implement strategies to achieve and sustain their business goals though systematic practices

Leads long-range strategic planning and deployment, while implementing systematic practices to sustain strategic objectives

Provide leadership, subject-matter expertise and coaching in Andersen's 4 lean management frameworks

Develops and owns programs for lean management skills development.

Partners with other lean managers in developing and adopting best practices

Participates in, facilitates and leads kaizen events, improvement projects and strategic projects using advanced lean management as needed to deliver on other responsibilities

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS 

BS in Engineering, Manufacturing Management or related field, or equivalent

MS/MBA preferred

6 to 10 years of manufacturing experience (most of them in a lean environment) Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver

Lean training (classroom and hands on) Demonstrated extensive lean knowledge through numerous successful practical implementations

During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
