We are looking for an individual who is passionate in finance and technology to lead our IT Finance team and help deliver on our Finance technology strategy.   The individual in this position serves as a trusted advisor for our Finance business team and the leader of our IT finance team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serves as main point of contact on all IT-related matters for Finance
  • Develop an IT Finance technology strategy and roadmap in alignment with the business goals and objectives
  • Focus on building strong long-term relationships with Finance leaders
  • Effectively communicate with internal customers to identify need and evaluate alternative solutions to meet their needs
  • Manage work processes of IT Finance team including:
    • Agile advancement, project delivery, budget management, and resource planning/staffing
    • Team development, coaching, and performance management
    • Drive continuous improvement into team processes
  • Align team goals with department and company strategies
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts in partnership in our indirect sourcing team
  • Stay abreast of latest IT developments and remain technically current to help influence and drive our internal technology roadmap

 Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration preferred).
  • Agile Certification Preferred: Scrum, Scaling, Kanban, PMI-ACP. Other
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience with Information Technology/Software Development/Operations/Infrastructure efforts with progressive responsibility.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, etc.).
  • Display past ability to facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19. An eligible employee hired during a quarter will receive a prorated payment based on the number of days employed during the quarter.
