The Human Resources coordinator is a hands-on representative of the Human Resources department whose job is to help facilitate all basic Human Resources functions. The Human Resources coordinator multitasks through routine administrative duties, such as employee interfacing for general questions, production data entry, record retention, taking phone calls, retention programs and supporting event activities for the company.  The coordinator reports to the Human Resources manager. 

Estimated duration of the role: 6 months. 

This position does require in-person work at Dubuque, IA facility.


  • Visible and accessible to all associates at all levels
    • Directing associates seeking policy clarification and HR-related inquiries.
  • Acts as site liaison in troubleshooting associate issues relating to payroll, timekeeping and benefits.
  • Run reports, update files, and input data
  • Maintains personnel files (physical and digital) in compliance with records retention policy and applicable legal requirements.
  • Order and maintain needed inventory of supplies
  • Coordinate plant or department events

  • High School diploma or higher
  • 1-2 years experience in HR support role or Administrative Support role preferred
  • Highly motivated with ability to pro-actively provide support
  • Capable of independently managing multiple tasks/projects in a professional, efficient manner
  • Excellent customer service & follow-through skills
  • Strong desktop computer skills (MS Office applications)
  • Experience with a type of HRIS platform (Peoplesoft/Oracle and Kronos applications preferred)
  • Strong at sorting and organizing information to develop informative clear communication vehicles     
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and strict confidentiality standards      
  • Bilingual/Multilingual preferred
