PURPOSEThe Troubleshooter Extrusion Tech I will be responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting, firefighting, and production support as needed. Other duties will include assisting with startups, teardowns, hot changeovers, PPAPs, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·                 Able to assess situations and determine if an issue is machine or process-related and take the proper corrective action and escalation.

·                 Assist with profile/line startups and tear downs as needed

·                 Clean tools as needed when lines go down and need to come back up.

·                 Assist with plant shutdowns and startups.

·                 Walk the lines and be involved with assessing profile performance with the intention of anticipating issues vs waiting for them to occur.

·                 Monitor “Process Set-Up Sheet” settings with the intention of getting all profile settings updated and corrected

·                 Report Process sheet setting discrepancies to the Engineering group.

·                 Coaching, training of ops while assisting with issues

·                 Attend support meetings to remain engaged with company objectives.

·                 Follow all PPE requirements for the different tasks of the job.

·                 Be a leader in the area of safety.

During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19. An eligible employee hired during a quarter will receive a prorated payment based on the number of days employed during the quarter.
