The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing Andersen's web marketing strategies to drive leads and revenue for the enterprise.  This position has responsibility to identify, prioritize, and oversee implementation of annual plans.  Responsible for delivering annual KPI's, including increasing quality site traffic, improving customer satisfaction and user experience, and increasing enterprise lead conversion by leveraging SEO, UX, content strategy, A/B testing, marketing automation, and data analytics.


  • Strategy:  Set annual lead/revenue goals and create annual website strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders. Make strategic decisions about site design, features and functionality that align with both user goals and business objectives.
  • Management: Responsible for all website functionality, accuracy, and performance/ uptime.  Lead team in management of site structure and navigation, information architecture, organization of site content and user flows, and integrations with external tools and software. Plan and lead execution of strategies with digitail team including tactics such as personalized web experiences, Salesforce integration and e-commerce, and other agencies and tools.
  • UX:  Develop strategies and lead efforts with agency and digital team to improve the website user experience and increase customer satisfaction. Prioritize resources and strategic initiatives in partnership with IT development team.  Develop and manage long-term roadmap of site improvements.  Manage teams execution of A/B and multivariate tests on digital platforms.     
  • Lead Generation:  Maximize lead capture and conversion of consumers and trade customers from digital efforts. Lead team and priority projects to continuously improve lead conversion utilizing both existing lead capture mechanisms as well as developing new methods based on consumer trends and market opportunities.
  • Content: Partner closely with brand content and creative leadership to identify content opportunities and work cross-functionally to plan and develop integrated marketing editorial calendar and impactful digital content for an engaging experience that aligns with the Andersen brand and drive results. Manage product information infrastructure with IT (PIM)
  • Campaign and Budget Management : Manage a $1.5M+ budget to support web execution, ensure governance of Andersen digital campaign tagging and reporting in partnership with segment leads and agency partners (SEM, PPC, DMP, Social, Email, etc.)
  • Insights: Manage team in developing and sharing digital web analytics and insights to drive KPI's within all marketing segments including the website, segment leaders, and marketing/sales. Present insights and recommendations to superiors and executive leadership.  Lead enterprise digital analytics.  
  • SEO: Lead agency partnership to develop search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and manage team in implementation of SEO tactics to generate quality website traffic.
  • Manages Digital Marketing Specialist(s), Digital Marketing Analyst(s), and Digital Analytics Specialist(s)


  • Four year degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. MBA
  • 12+ years digital marketing experience, including management of website properties, digital content, and user experience
  • Experience with website technologies including CMS (Sitecore), Website Analytics (Google Analytics), and understanding of technical integrations such as Salesforce, Medallia, Curalate, BazaarVoice 
  • Strong data analytics skills 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skill with experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Proven team leader with experience coaching and growing teams of 4+
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and give clear team direction to achieve goals
  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholder and prioritize opportunities against multiple enterprise goals
  • Excellent organization and time management skills

During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19. An eligible employee hired during a quarter will receive a prorated payment based on the number of days employed during the quarter. Those eligible include fully-vaccinated regular full-time and part-time employees (at least 20 hours per week) who are not subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
