Renewal by Andersen (RbA) has an exciting opportunity for a Concierge Retail Service Representative to join our team in Roseville, MN.

The Concierge Retail Service Representative (RSR) role will provide Signature Service by being a single point of contact for the homeowner. The Concierge RSR will partner with Sales Representatives to provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner. We are looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidate to help perfect our customer’s experience in upgrading their homes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowners
• Create and maintain homeowners’ job files
• Schedule homeowners’ technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls
• Work with Sales Representatives to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progress
• Send out the post installation survey and resolve any post installation situations

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1+ years customer service experience
• Solid and accurate data entry skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Competency in Microsoft Office software
• High attention to detail and organization abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks

During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19. An eligible employee hired during a quarter will receive a prorated payment based on the number of days employed during the quarter. Those eligible include fully-vaccinated regular full-time and part-time employees (at least 20 hours per week) who are not subject to a collective bargaining agreement. These and other terms and conditions of Andersen’s 2022 Profit Sharing Plan, including the definition of full vaccination against COVID-19, are subject to change or termination without notice.
