Position Purpose

Contribute to (or drive key sub-projects within) strategic and tactical go-to-market business plan for a market segment, including new program launches and marketing communications campaigns, to help drive segment growth results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute segment strategy among targeted trade customers.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create and execute marketing communications plans for associated trade audience(s).
  •  Contribute to strategic and tactical development and implementation of new tools or business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional delivery partners, including Sales, IT, Finance, Insights, Product Management, RDI, Marketing Services, Digital Marketing, and business teams on projects to support and enhance segment program(s).
  • Manage business plans and programs against timelines and budgets.
  • Participate in annual strategic planning process.
  • Contribute to the achievement of market segment targeted sales and financial objectives.
  • Participate in Andersen’s national initiatives in segment specific key events, sponsorships, and trade or consumer organizations.
  • Deliver segment business analysis as needed.
  • Provide concise and timely updates on all assigned projects to supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 Year College Degree or an equivalent combination or education and experience.
  • Minimum range from 1 to 7 years progressive marketing.
  • Strong technical marketing skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills (to Executives, with Marketing peers, and to external audiences).
  • Experience using Microsoft programs including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong ability to execute on time and on budget.
  • Strong communication and written skills.
  • Highly collaborative and able to work across various teams.
  • Tolerance of ambiguity.

During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19. An eligible employee hired during a quarter will receive a prorated payment based on the number of days employed during the quarter. Those eligible include fully-vaccinated regular full-time and part-time employees (at least 20 hours per week) who are not subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
