The Associate Process Analyst is responsible for participating in the evaluation of business requirements for delivering new or modified software systems enhancements. Assists in conducting and analyzing business and information technology processes and preparing QA test plans and test beds. Executes the testing process to ensure quality deliveries.


- Prepares QA test plans, test beds and executes the testing process.

- Reviews client requirements to update test plans and related documents.

- Uses industry standard analysis techniques to ensure the quality of the products delivered.

- Documents the results of analysis activities.

- Assists prototyping, where possible, to solidify client requirements.

- Helps to develop recommendations for necessary changes to existing process and software systems as appropriate.


- Knowledge and experience in gathering requirements, quality assurance, and working with business processes.

- Ability to work in technical environments using the technologies appropriate to the area of expertise.

- Must be systems-oriented, enjoy work with new tools, and be a self-motivated learner.

- Associate’s degree in Management Information Systems or Business Administration with an emphasis in a specific functional area or equivalent work experience and technical training.

- One to 2 years of experience in relevant functional area and limited experience with application package modules.

- Some knowledge of project management techniques and cross-functional experience.

- Experience with software unit and integration testing.

- Business understanding of IT and the building industry.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express technical concepts in business terms.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks.

During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
