Provide timely, proactive administrative support to assigned individual(s) or team(s).


  • Occasionally handle confidential information
  • Schedule & prepare environment for meetings; create documents for meetings and department events (e.g. agendas, handouts, catering etc.); complete, store & distribute meeting minutes or notes as required.
  • File management (hardcopy and electronic) following legal retention requirements, as appropriate (e.g., AW Records Management process)
  • Prepare, proof and distribute correspondence; handle incoming mail, complete mailing projects. Maintain contact and paper files.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with completion of expense reports as well as appropriate internal processes (e.g. MACD, invoice processing, P-cards, time reporting)
  • Assist with preparation and proofing of reports, materials and documents (e.g. presentations, department communications, spreadsheets, charts, etc.)
  • Maintain calendars & schedule; manage email in-boxes
  • Maintain appropriate levels of office supplies, equipment & other materials
  • Answer, screen, direct and follow-up when appropriate on phone calls
  • Complete special projects as assigned
  • Maintain standard work for position
  • Provide information on behalf of leaders to business partners


  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Must have basic writing and communication skills
  • Establishes good interpersonal relationships with others
  • Strong organizational & coordination skills
  • High computer skills, including spreadsheet, presentation, word processing, email, schedule management and associated software
  • Ability to manage multiple and/or time dependent activities
  • Flexibility, cooperation, and negotiation skills
  • Customer focus

During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
